STEP 1
Free Fitness Consultation
To get started, we’ll first have a consultation to talk about your goals. Next, we’ll spend about 60-90 minutes with you assessing your fitness level and movement pattern so we can develop a specific plan to meet your goals.
STEP 2
Fundamentals
After the assessment, one of our expert coaches will begin working with you one-on-one in our Fundamentals course to teach you the basics of CrossFit. The course is designed to meet you at your current fitness level and slowly pick up the pace to get you ready for the regular CrossFit classes.
STEP 3
Personal Training or Small Group Class
Continue to work with a coach 1-1 or convert into our group class training. Our group classes are capped at 12 athletes so you will never be lost in the shuffle. We also offer Hybrid models that allow you to get the best of both worlds. No matter what your fitness goal is, we have a program to meet it.
