EMOM x 24 min:
1st min: 10 Deadlifts
2nd min: 100m Run
3rd min: 20 Abmat sit ups
4th min: 10 Standing Dbell Press

*score is lightest weight use in workout (DL + 1 of DBs used for press)
*Goal is to use same weight throughout
*Coach will give 10 minutes for athletes to take 3-4 sets to find their weight
