WOD:

A. Squat Clean. Split Jerk  (1 rm within 7-8 sets )
within 15 min
B. EMOM x 15 min:
1st min: 12 Muscle Snatch
2nd min: Banded Dead bug movement, 12/side
3rd min: 15 goblet squat

Coach should give at least 5 minutes to pick weights. Workout is measured at Goblet squat plus muscle snatch weight
