take 4 sets to build up to tough 6 rep first. All 4 working sets should be the same weight

Strict Handstand push ups, 6 reps x 8 sest rest :90 b/t sets
(If possible add deficit). measure for this is deficit used.
If you are unable to perform handstand push ups to level surface then it is more beneficial for you to work on the strict press. This will help you gain the strength to achieve strict handstand push ups at a later date. There are some minor exceptions to this rule; Your coach will help you
