WOD:

A1: Front Squat (4 reps @ 40X1 x 5 sets rest 1 min )
 A2. Wtd Supinated Ring Pullups (4 reps x 5 sets rest 1 min )
to modify, set up as if you were to do a ring row, however invert torso leaving feet on ground or on bench/small box
B. EMOM x 15 min:
1st min: (1 LA Kb Clean + 1 Lleg forward Lunge) x 4 reps + Same on right Arm
2nd min: 150m/125m row
3rd min: 50ft reverse bear crawl (Rx+ can do 30ft Handstand walk)
