WOD:

5 rounds for time
(3 person team)
StationA Row 200/180m
StationB Airbike 15/12
StationC Front Bridge hold
rest 2 min b/t sets

*All team-mates work simultaneously until all 3 athletes perform each station*

*Athlete must remain on their station until everyone is complete then move on*

*Athlete on Station C must be holding their front bridge for A&B to begin their work. Once the proper amount of Calories are rowed/biked then Station C can break from their Front bridge*

*If athlete on station C breaks at any point then their team-mates must completely stand off of their bike or rower before they can start again*

*Once all 3 athletes complete each station they may begin their 2 min rest bt rounds*
