3rd – 2 Rope Ascends
4th – 10/8 Cals on Airbike
Rx+ 3-5 Bar Muscle ups
**If no rope climb then do 10 Ring Rows**
**Partner 3 people per min; when the rope climbs come up just cycle through the best you can between the two ropes**
