Work to tough set (unbroken)
Every 3 minutes x 5 sets
5 Barbell Strict Press (this is from rack)
7 Push jerk (same weight)
Accumulate :30 of Hanging Knees above waist tuck hold
(if unable to hold in less than 2 sets then switch to deadbug hold)
