200m Run w/ Wall Ball 20lb/14lb to 10/9 – each
10 Partner Wall Ball Tosses – each
10 Toes to bar – each
10 Clean & Jerk @ 135lb – each
*Each partner completes run
*Wall Balls are alternating “having a catch” with same ball
*T2B alternate however you want on the same bar
*Clean and Jerk must be done on the same bar unless you have male/female team w/ different load
