2nd min: 50 Double Unders
3rd min: Ring Muscle up Progression (3-5 reps)
4th min: Airbike :30 @ 90% effort
*Only try Ring Muscle ups if you have more than 5 UB CTB along with 5 UB Ring Dips, Otherwise work sometype of pulling progression*
