A. Floor Press (w/ :02 pause on ground), work to tough triple
B. “Tabata” Push ups
*todays push ups are going to be neutral grip push ups w/ hands on dumbells. Align an abmat between the two dumbells and elevate feet on a 25lb plate. Rep will not count unless the chest hits abmat and hips remain off floor*
C. “Tabata” Strict Anchored Sit ups
*Rest 4 minutes b/t B&C*
