The first thing you’ll do at Port CrossFit is have a consultation and assessment with one of our coaches. We’ll help you develop specific goals and develop a plan to achieve them. We offer several different programs and payment options. During your initial consultation we’ll work with you to determine which plan and pricing makes sense for you.
To get started, we’ll first have a consultation to talk about your goals. Next, we’ll spend about 60-
minutes with you assessing your fitness level and movement pattern so we can develop a specific plan to meet your goals. After the assessment, one of our expert coaches will begin working with you one-on-one for at least three sessions to teach you the basic movements and help correct any mobility issues.

These one-on-one sessions are are known as our Fundamentals course. They are your introduction to CrossFit. We’ll teach you all the basics of CrossFit before you ever do a CrossFit class. That way, you’ll learn the proper technique so your workouts will be much safer. The course is designed to meet you at your current fitness level and slowly pick up the pace to get you ready for the regular CrossFit classes. Our goal is to get you to start the CrossFit classes with confidence and a base knowledge of the movements.

During Fundamentals, we’ll first address posture and any range of motion limitations affecting your quality of life. Under our guidance, you’ll have the chance to push yourself safely and put what you learn to the test. Expect your body to begin quickly transforming. We encourage you to take before and after photos to document the results!
