Take 3-4 sets within 10 minutes to practice;
Devil press, 3 reps — attempt to build up heavier than workout weight
Bar Muscle up/Ctb/Pullup — whichever variation you are trying to practice

Perform 1st round of 3 sets @ 0 and 2nd round of 3 sets @ 20 on a running clock. **you will rest whatever the remaining time is after you complete your first three sets**
