A. Back Squat (8 reps @ 30X1 x 5 sets )
A1. Wtd. Pronated Strict Pullups (5 reps @ 30X1 x 5 sets )
during rest perform 15 slow banded facepulls
B. EMOM x 10 min:
1st min: 20 Russian KB Swings
2nd min: Hold bottom of Squat @ 90 degree for :15 then perform 15 Air Squats
